Move Better.

Feel better.

Live better.

We strive to provide the highest quality care, combining manual therapy with specific corrective exercise to help optimize long-term outcomes. We are motivated to create a fun, engaging environment and set ourselves apart by keeping on the forefront of research and techniques to get patients back to life and recreation as quickly as possible.

Patient education is important to us, so each patient is given the knowledge to help manage their own condition during and after treatment.

Our therapists work together as team, and appreciate the ability to collaborate together to help solve more complex patient cases.

Our Therapists

Andre Botha

Hailing from South Africa, Andre Botha graduated with a BS in Physiotherapy from the University of Cape Town in 1991. He gained experience working in Europe, Africa and across the US until settling in Hawaii where he owned a private practice clinic for over 10 years.  He specializes in outpatient orthopedic manual physical therapy and has earned the highest level of training from the McKenzie Institute, and is an expert in helping people resolve low back and cervical spine issues.  Andre's main goal is to customize physical therapy and improve the quality of life for every patient he treats.

Amanda St Pierre

Amanda graduated from Oakland University, with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Previously, she performed lead roles in several musicals in Europe, as well as in New York as a professional dancer. She was also hired by Cirque Du Soleil. Her undergrad degree was a B.S. in Molecular Biology from the University of Michigan. She most recently acquired her CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) certification as well as an Advanced Dry Needling Certification. She is also a Certified Yoga Teacher. She enjoys running and riding trails with her dog, Josie.

Her therapy approach includes drawing from her background as a dancer and a lover of movement; Pilates, fun corrective exercise, sports-specific exercise, and lots of hands-on techniques are her specialty. She enjoys working with both athletic and older populations, and is inspired and learns more from each patient she meets. She is a continuing education junkie, and most recently completed "When the Foot Hits the Ground," a course specific to the foot and ankle, and how that affects the rest of the body.

Amanda is also available as an on-site therapist for athletic events, or for that last-minute tune-up before a big race, and can provide services during ultra endurance events as well. She thrives on helping her patients achieve their goals, whether it is getting that last 10 degrees of flexion after a knee replacement, or supporting pre, collegiate or professional athletes in climbing, volleyball, basketball, dance, gymnastics, biking, running, or firefighting.

Casey Buckingham

Casey Buckingham graduated as a  PTA in 2015 from Salt Lake Community College in Utah,  after getting her BS in Developmental Psychology from Westminster College.  She has experience in both outpatient and inpatient physical therapy, and recently became certified in Mulligan’s Mobilization with Movements techniques, as well as When the Foot Hits the Ground gait and foot course. She feels passionate about functional training, novel corrective exercise, and hands-on therapy tailored to each patient’s individual needs.  Casey’s style of therapy places an equal emphasis on the mind and the body, and her prior training in psychology plays into that. She is excited and grateful to be in a profession where she is able to help people and never stop learning. Casey enjoys hiking, mountain biking,  and skiing with her family. .
